Please read this information in its entirety before proceeding to the submission site. It will help you to prepare a complete and accurate submission.
 
Begin a submission

If a proposal does not fit into the other categories of programming, submit it in the Other category. This may include a component-sponsored social event or new educational session. Note: if these proposals require funding, the submitter is responsible for acquiring that funding.

The following information is required:
  • The title of the submission
  • The chair’s name, affiliation, and email address
  • Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Ethics Committee review status, if applicable
  • Educational learning objectives
  • Review Abstract for the entire program
  • Names, affiliations, and email addresses for all co-presenters
  • Disclosure of conflicts of affiliation from each presenter (AACAP will contact each presenter individually in late February to obtain this information.)
