The primary objective of this program is to provide the opportunity for child and adolescent psychiatry residents and early and mid career female psychiatrists to have exposure to leaders from the field, develop a mentor network to provide career guidance, and learn contract negotiation skills. This program specifically addresses attendees who have an interest in seeking their first job, a new job, or reducing current responsibilities to juggle parenting responsibilities.
