Special Interest Study Group 6 (ticket)
Mastering Professionalism Guidelines in Unique Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Career Pathways for Women

This SIG provides the opportunity for child and adolescent psychiatry residents and early and mid career female psychiatrists to develop a mentor network to provide career guidance. Attendees learn to identify major professionalism issues that can arise in training, clinical practice, or academic settings. Those who have an interest in how to develop a professional code of conduct, who are struggling with personal or institutional ethical dilemmas in research protocols, or physicians in private practice who are questioning professional boundaries with referral sources, patients, and/or pharmaceutical companies will find this special interest group very helpful.
