Bipolar Disorder in Youth: Modern Diagnostic and Treatment Approaches
This Institute explores clinical strategies and new research findings on the phenomenology, assessment, differential diagnosis, and course of bipolar disorder in children and adolescents. Participants learn about new approaches to the psychopharmacological and psychosocial treatment of bipolar disorder and gain appreciation for the variability in treatment approaches required to address the needs of different age groups with established bipolar disorder versus high risk or prodromal forms of the disorder.
