Child and adolescent psychiatric leadership can be crucial to the success of children served by a system of care. Participants learn about different types of administrative positions available in community-based systems of care and the leadership skills required to be an effective leader and overcome barriers of working in the public sector. Child and adolescent psychiatrists working in administrative positions within systems of care share their experiences and perspectives.
