Problem-Based Learning in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Problem-based learning (PBL) is a powerful educational strategy that could answer some of the national and international challenges in teaching and learning about child and adolescent psychiatry within an undergraduate and postgraduate medical curriculum. Participants gain a better understanding of the implementation of PBL in child and adolescent psychiatry and have ideas for future research and collaboration in the area. Goals and priorities for future research efforts are discussed and experiences with PBL exchanged. Ways to secure additional funding are included in the discussion.
