Early Career Psychiatrists: Career Development Forum

This forum will educate early career psychiatrists (ECPs) about the importance of mentorship, encourage them to reflect on their own mentorship needs, and provide them with a chance to interact with highly regarded child and adolescent psychiatrists and peers who represent a diverse array of professional careers within child and adolescent psychiatry. As a result, ECPs will form new connections, make greater use of mentorship resources, and consider becoming more engaged in ECP programming.
