AACAP-NIDA Career Development Award in Substance Abuse Research (K12) Information Session

AACAP is gearing up for another round of scholar recruitment for the AACAP-NIDA Physician Scientist Program in Substance Abuse K12 award sponsored by the National Institute on Drug Abuse. The AACAP K12 provides up to four years of salary support and mentored addiction research training for qualified child and adolescent psychiatrists who are committed to establishing academic careers as addiction/mental health researchers. Interested applicants and prospective mentors are invited to attend this information session to learn more about potential timelines and the application process, meet program faculty and administrators, and hear from previous K12 award recipients. Women and minority candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
