Clinical Consultation Breakfast 14 (sold out)
Ethical Issues in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Sharing difficult questions and problems related to professional ethics provides an opportunity for personal, informal consultation with members of the AACAP Ethics Committee in a format designed to arrive at resolutions. Several ethical dilemmas currently facing child and adolescent psychiatrists in clinical, administrative, consultative, research, and academic setting are discussed. Members learn about available resources to help address ethical issues in their practices. Be prepared to share a vignette describing an ethical matter in which you are engaged or have encountered in practice or scholarship. Attendees are encouraged to provide a written description of the ethical dilemma for future educational purposes.
