Implementing Culturally Sensitive Care Into My Training: A Session for Medical Students, Residents, and Child Fellows

A culturally sensitive approach is important for the effective diagnosis and treatment of patients and their families given the increasing population diversity with expected demographic shifts. This session provides participants with an increased awareness of the cultural needs of their minority patients and their families, learning the best clinical tools and resources to address those needs in their everyday practice.
