This CCB, led by Susan Swedo, MD, will discuss the clinical presentation, “Differential Diagnosis and Treatment of Children With Acute-Onset Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder” (OCD). Participants are encouraged to bring cases that present diagnostic dilemmas or treatment issues, as well as those that will help us to address two important questions: “What should I do when my patient has PANDAS/PANS?” and “What do I do when the child does not have PANDAS, but his parents think that he or she does!?”
