This Workshop educates participants on the utility, design, and implementation of a pediatric integrated behavioral health program in various pediatric primary care settings across a large, urban hospital system. Topics covered include strategies to promote the rollout of effective programs that are flexible and adaptable, as well as quality improvement measures that sustain the program post implementation. Participants gain knowledge on how to develop, educate, and support a primary care workforce through the use of collaborative office rounds (COR). COR fortifies the essential role of the child and adolescent psychiatrist in successfully implementing pediatric integrated behavioral health programs.
