Meet the Author Begin an Application

Registering For A Meet the Author Time Slot


There are five steps to register as an exhibitor:

  1. Author Name: Enter the full name of the Author/Authors who will be at the Meet the Author booth during the designated time.
  2. Contact Information: Using this online form you should enter the person(s) who will serve as the primary contact.
  3. Time Slot: Select the preferred time slot for each Author/Book being purchased. Meet the Author hours coincide with Exhibit Hall hours. Enter a 250 word description of the book to be presented during the hour. This description will be published in the Exhibits Guide and Meet the Author flyer.
  4. Payment Information: Please provide payment for your Meet the Author Application. You can pay online via credit card, or submit a check or money order.
  5. Confirmation: To double-check what you have submitted; click the "Confirmation" link offered in the Exhibitor Control Panel. Please read carefully everything that you have submitted. If it looks OK, then go ahead and "Conclude the Application". If you see anything that should be changed, just click the appropriate link in the control panel and revise the entry.

If you are just updating part of an accepted exhibitor application then you do not need to repeat all five steps listed above. Just click the link(s) in the Exhibitor Control Panel, and and make any changes.
